Biscayne Homestead Bayfront Park Beach is a public beach located in the Biscayne National Monument. The beach is known for its fishing and snorkeling, and offers picnic areas and restrooms.
The park is open sunrise to sunset every day, and admission is free. Pets are not permitted on the beach, but are allowed on the boat ramp, parking area, trails and in the picnic areas.
this is not a free beach because it’s part of national park system which means you need to pay an entry fee or have an annual pass for all national parks. you must pay $15 per car. seniors over 62 years old can get a lifetime pass for $10.
