July 4th Fireworks 2022 Near Miami


MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL — Cities and counties across the country continue to bring back many of the traditional Independence Day activities that were either canceled or modified the last two years. July 4 is just around the corner, so it’s time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you in 2022.

We have all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Miami so you can start planning now.

Here’s what’s in store this July 4 in Miami-Dade County:

Where: Deering Estate, 16701 SW 72nd Ave., Miami

When: July 3-5, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Enjoy reduced $5 admission to Deering Estate for everyone ages 4 and up throughout July 4 weekend. Foundation members and kids 3 and under are free. Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. Pack a picnic and enjoy a day by the bay at this South Miami cultural and historic site.


What: 63rd annual Key Biscayne 4th of July Parade

Where: Crandon Boulevard, Key Biscayne

When: July 4, 11 a.m.

This island tradition features floats and music traveling down Crandon Boulevard for the July 4 holiday. The parade will run from Harbor Drive to West Wood Drive.


What: Fire on the Fourth

Where: North Beach Bandshell, 7275 Collins Ave., Miami Beach

When: July 4, noon to 9 p.m.

This free family-friendly event features activities, food trucks, circus performers, musical acts, a magician and an outdoor roller disco. The day ends with a fireworks display.


What: Independence Day Celebration

Where: Milander Park, 4700 Palm Ave., Hialeah

When: July 4, 4 to 11 p.m.

Entertainment line-up includes Leoni Torres, Chacal, Srta. Dayana, DJ YUS, DJ A10 and DJ Cuba. There will also be food trucks, and a firework and laser display.


What: Race to the 4th

Where: Homestead Miami Speedway, 1 Ralph Sanchez Speedway Blvd., Homestead

When: July 4, 6 to 10 p.m.

Hosted by the city of Homestead, this free event features kids’ activities, food trucks, live music and show-stopping fireworks.

When: July 4, 7 p.m.

This is a ticketed event for Doral residents only. No on-site tickets will be sold. There will also be a separate firework display near the Doral Glades Park area. All parks will be closed at 6 p.m., though, so fireworks must be enjoyed from the comfort of your home.
