Miami-Dade police discover lacking aged man

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Florida. – Miami-Dade County police have been looking for an elderly man at risk.

Miami-Dade police asked the public for help in finding 77-year-old Richard Riess. He was safely located late Wednesday evening.

He was last seen leaving his home on the 20th block of Northwest 169th Street near Jackson Health Medical Center on Tuesday, police said. He drove a 1995 white Chevy Camaro Z28 Convertible, Florida Day BFC-I97.

Riess was last seen in a black long-sleeved shirt, jeans and a black baseball cap, police said.

The last time the vehicle was seen, it was traveling east on the MacArthur Causeway towards Miami Beach at 3 a.m. on Wednesday.
