The meals truck with a Cuban focus is positioned within the Miami Design District
One of the Miami food trucks already known for its Cuban tacos is opening a store in Miami’s Design District.
The truck is Caja Caliente serving Cuban dishes and now, according to a report by Community Newspapers, two trucks will actually be serving Cuban dishes.
One truck will be at 95 NE 40th Street and the second truck will be used for catering and trolling in Florida and the United States, according to owner Mika Leon
Located in the Design District, the truck menu offers Lechon tacos, Vaca Frita tacos, Octopus tacos and customizable bowls. Unique menu items are also offered, according to the news report.
Socially distant seats will be available.
“I’m really excited to be back in the neighborhood, just a few blocks from Caja’s origins, and finally finding a permanent home for the food truck,” Leon told the news agency.
